Welcome to the home of Miami's most famous, most premium Pastel de Tres Leches/Three Milks Cake.  We're the folks that made this uniquely Miami dessert a South Florida icon.


Our family is Nicaraguan-American. We proudly serve Nicaraguan-style Tres Leches.

For over a quarter of a century, our family bakery has specialized in preparing traditional Latin American dessert recipes for your favorite Miami restaurants and neighborhood eateries. We take pride in our products, making every dessert just like Abuela used to make – from scratch, baked in small batches, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.

Our desserts are considered artisanal, and are handmade using heirloom family recipes for classic Spanish and Latin American confections.
